Category C: 5th – 7th Std → Any 10 Asanas (Hold 10 Secs Each Asanas)

Category D: 8th – 10th Std → Any 12 Asanas (Hold 15 Secs Each Asanas)

Category E: Open to All → Any 15 Asanas (Hold 20 Secs Each Asanas)
