Rules & Guidelines
- Participants should report at least 30 minutes before the competition.
- Drawing sheets will be provided by the organizers.
- Participants must bring their own colouring materials and drawing accessories.
- Only one entry per participant is allowed.
- The judges' decision will be final.
- Any form of copying or tracing is not permitted.
- Participants should complete their artwork within the allotted time.
- Organizers reserve the right to modify the schedule if necessary.
